Annual General Meeting

Annual General Meeting – Another smoothly run AGM was held on September 19. About 25 enthusiastic members heard reports from the Chairman, Treasurer and all sub-committee chairs. The common theme was that the club is financially robust, active and always looking for ways to improve the social and paddling experience at the club. Elections were not required as their were four nominations for the four Board positions. The AGM expressed its thanks to retiring Director Don Campbell for making a great contribution as Secretary over the last 3 years and welcomed the new Board of Andrew Buzacott, David Bevan, Chris Runting, Llew Morgan, Mick Kane, Neil Grierson and Tony Payne. A Board meeting will be held next week to organise Director portfolios for the coming year.
